Flo Buddenbaum (she/her)

Flo Buddenbaum is Portland based aerialist and instructor. She primarily teaches dance trapeze, aerial silks, and aerial dance harness. She has also been assistant director for the youth companies, the Tik Toks and the Zig Zags, since 2019. Beyond teaching ages 4-75+, Flo is a performer and works around Portland with groups like Prismagic Circus and ProLab Dance, among others. Flo got her start in circus arts at Echo Theater when she was 13, so being a part of this community is meaningful to her.
