Sequoia Allen

Sequoia practices and teaches a variety of circus arts including aerial hoop, mixed aerial, and handbalancing. As a child she enjoyed scaling unsuspecting trees and door frames, as well as subjecting her parents to her own devised theater pieces. As an adult, she found her way into the world of circus while at university, and after graduating, began teaching circus arts to students of all ages.

Sequoia has been teaching at Echo Theater company since 2019, was an instructor and training company member at the Circus Project, and has a DanceAbility teacher orientation certificate. She has performed with Tempos Circus, the Circus Project, and others.
